"We have known Kim and Rich Cutting for 15 years and have been continuously amazed by these wonderful, energetic and talented people.

When we first met, Rich was a full-time fireman who had an interest in all things beauty. He and his lovely wife Kim, a very talented hairdresser, had collaborated on their dream salon—designing and building the space themselves. Their shared passion created one of the finest salons on the East Coast and they are constantly striving to better their knowledge as beauty innovators. The Bliss staff is always well-represented at Oribe education events—they have a true hunger for learning and continuous improvement. The guest experience is also a critical focus of their team, which has engendered tremendous consumer loyalty.

When we launched Oribe Hair Care, the Cuttings were one of the first salons to take on the line. Now, they are one of the first salons in the country to embrace the Luxury Brand Partners concept, featuring Oribe, R&Co, Smith&Cult and V76.

A decade and a half later we are still working together in a collaborative way to innovate and bring new services, experiences and products to the customers of Bliss.
