Appointments
Our stylists' schedules are dedicated to their clients' needs, but when there is an unexpected "no-show" or last minute cancellation, that appointment cannot be filled with another person. As a result, we require a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or changes. Missed appointments or last minute cancellations will result in a 75% charge of the appointment scheduled.

A 48-hour notice is required for any changes or cancellations made to Keratin Treatment services. The non-refundable deposit will be forfeited if insufficient notice is given. Service prices are subject to change without prior notice.

All clients interested in larger color services, including balayage, will require a in-person consultation. A deposit will be requested during the consultation to reserve the time slot agreed upon with the stylist. This deposit will be applied to your day-of service. However, if cancelled under 48 hours of the booked appointment time, the deposit is forfeited.

To ensure a pleasant atmosphere for all clients, we ask that children not be brought into the salon and left unattended. We are unable to service children under the age of 10.

 

Payment
Bliss Salon accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks. All gratuities must be kept separate from the service total and are not permitted on credit cards or included in personal checks. A $25 service fee will be applied to returned checks.
 

Returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

 

Late Arrival
Please be aware that there may be another appointment scheduled after your service therefore a late arrival may subtract time away from your service.
